Welcome to the Cecil District Advancement page.
Here you will find a list of Eagle Scouts for the Cecil District.
We will be listing the Eagle Scouts by year.
If you have any additions or corrections to this list please let me know.
You will find a sample of an Eagle Scout Project Packet.
Use this as a guide when filling out your packet.
The Advancement Committee meets on the last Tuesday of each month.
We will approve or return projects at this meeting.
If your project is returned unapproved we will give you the reasons for not approving the project.
Please have the projects to me by the last Monday of the month.
Also, you will find a partial list of Merit Badge Counselors for the Cecil District.
All troops will have a hard copy that lists all of the Merit Badge Counselors.
Please use the troop list or the one posted on the web page to choose a Counselor.
You can call me for a phone number of a Counselor on the web page.
Make sure you use a Counselor from one of these two sources.
